You use this Teflon (PTFE) tape for sealing metal threaded connections up to 50 mm (2″). During processing, the tape does not tear.
The tape is easy to apply and can be used effectively with plastic, brass, copper, aluminium galvanised steel or iron.
The gas tape is made of PTFE and is therefore very suitable for glycol pipes.

Properties
The tape is easy to apply, seals and at the same time acts as a lubricant for threaded connections, preventing the threaded connection from locking.
The tape is also resistant to water, gases, solvents, acids, alkalis and other reactive media.

Application
Teflon tape is suitable for pipe threaded connections in gas installations: natural gas, butane or propane.
